The $39,000 veterinary malpractice award to Marc Bluestone (awarded in his case against Drs. Craig S. Bergstrom and Robert L. Rooks of All-Care Animal Referral Center in Fountain Valley, California) is one of the largest, if not the largest, award we are aware of for veterinary malpractice.

But Mr. Bluestone is not the only one with a complaint against All Care. An alarming number of pet owners have come forward with horror stories about this place.
